Controller and contact
Evgeny Victorov is responsible for processing associated with victorov.pro. Operator details appear in the legal notice. For privacy requests, email e@victorov.pro.
Data, purposes and legal bases
- Website delivery and security: the hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/user-agent information and response status. This is used to serve pages, diagnose errors and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interests of operating and protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Enquiries: when you send an email or contact the operator through an external service, the information you provide is used to answer and discuss your request. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or the legitimate interest in responding to general correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing contact information is voluntary, but a reply requires a return address.
- Browser settings: a necessary cookie records your privacy choice. A separate language cookie is written only when you enable “Remember my language”. You can withdraw that preference at any time through Cookie settings. Neither cookie is a visitor identifier.
The site has no contact form, account registration, payment system, newsletter subscription, analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded social-media widgets. It does not perform profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and external services
Hosting and email providers process technical data needed to deliver their services; public authorities may receive data when required by law. Opening LinkedIn, WhatsApp or your email application is voluntary and takes you to services with their own privacy terms. This website does not send them your browsing history or load their resources in the background.
External services may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own arrangements. Before sharing information, consult the service’s privacy policy. For information about the operator’s service providers and applicable transfer safeguards, contact the controller.
Retention
The server’s current log-rotation configuration runs daily and keeps ten rotated logs; depending on traffic and rotation, technical logs normally cover approximately eleven days. Records relevant to a security incident or legal obligation may need to be preserved separately. Enquiries are kept for the time needed to respond and manage the relationship; contractual and accounting documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Browser choices expire after 180 days or can be cleared earlier.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send a request to the email above, identifying the right you wish to exercise; additional identification will be requested only when reasonably necessary. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by GDPR.
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority. Contacting the operator first is optional.
Security and changes
HTTPS protects data in transit. Access to server administration is restricted. No system offers absolute security. Do not send sensitive or third-party information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. Material changes to processing will be reflected in this policy and, where needed, a new choice will be requested.
